In India, we have more than 25 million commuters use public buses for their daily commute. Battling sun, rain, hail and even snow in some regions, these iron beasts, carry on their life goal that is keep the human race ‘running’.
Every morning when we leave our homes to get somewhere, these iron giants make sure we have a safe and sound round trip.
Let’s meet some of these long lost old friends, who have been our companions for thousands of kilometres but are now slowly fading from memory.
We take you to a journey back in time. Imagine the ‘bus-dates’, the smiles, the laughter, the arguments, the siestas that these magnificent beasts hosted in their day.
Do you think today, sitting back rusting in their dilapidated garages they reminisce their glorious days?

রোমিত ব্যানার্জি, আরো বিষয় যে অপেক্ষা করে আছে তোমার ছোঁয়ায় সুন্দর হয়ে উঠবে বলে।

Listening to the non vocals!.. Finally it Is the refection of beautiful sensitivity.. When Each and every frame talks , they themself offer thanks to the medium for being their voice. Excellent job done by the photographer and the publisher team.

Technology was never a prime focal point in art photography, this project totally transgressed beyond that.
All of the above pictures were equally good but the 1st and the 8th picture was my personal favourite.
This is the first time I’ve seen this kind of work in my life. I’ll able to a lot by watching this work in my own life..
